My name’s Giles and I’ve completed 30 ultramarathons over the last decade.
But it wasn’t always this way.
At 18, I was lost, injured, and burnt out—mentally and physically.
Running my first ultra changed everything.
It gave me purpose, power, and transformed me from the inside out.
Since then, I’ve developed a system that’s helped me and countless others run further, suffer smarter, and build unshakable resilience.

Finishing my first 48km ultra marathon at the age of 18 (2015). I was broken but extremely proud.
Finishing my 7th 100km ultra (2023). Fun fact - I’ve finished every single race I’ve signed up for.
