I connected with a powerful version of myself, and discovered the power of long-distance running for incredible personal transformation.

Over the next 10 years, I ran 30 Ultramarathons, and the 1000s of miles I've traversed have taught me many hard-earned valuable lessons.

I've developed a unique, battle tested, comprehensive training system, that has carried me out of injuries, depression and burn out.

Now my system allows me to live a more joyful, purpose driven life thanks to the freedom I experience when running.
